CAMPGROUND REVIEW: Pavilion RV Park

Easy in, easy out and conveniently located just off I-20. This is an older park, and honestly, we didn’t see a lot as it was raining and cold for Louisiana at 45-55 degrees. The park looks older but again, from what we could see, it was clean and we had full hookups in a pull-through site.

There was a picnic table and a decent amount of space with the campers around us. The cost was $37.80 per night with a Veteran’s discount and while you can make reservations by phone, you pay when you arrive. They accept checks, cash or credit and at the time of this writing, supplies for payment are located near the office with a drop box. A bath house was on site, but we did not go inside.

The staff is remote, but very attentive and professional. This is a good place to stay for a night or two if you are traveling through Monroe, Louisiana.

We give it a rating of 4 stars
